Nutrition & Product Communication Lead




Key Responsibilities

  • Specialized Digital Content Creation
    • Stay ahead of trends in the food industry and digital content.
    • Provide strategic consultancy for regional content strategies, ensuring market relevance.
  • Research & Trend Analysis
    • Track industry regulations and emerging food trends.
    • Align sustainability and health goals with consumer expectations.
    • Contribute to the creation of strategic briefs for communication and product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between teams (Legal, R&D, Nutrition, Market Research) to integrate key insights into consumer communications.
    • Strengthen internal communication strategies by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communication Guidelines & Standardization
    • Develop and implement communication guidelines for nutrition facts, food education, and product claims.
    • Conduct training sessions to ensure teams understand the nutritional attributes and benefits of our products.
  • Market Monitoring & Product Launches
    • Analyze product launches and market feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Generate reports and insights to support product development and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Food Sciences, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or related areas (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in nutrition, food communication, or product development.
  • Previous experience in the food industry, marketing, or consultancy is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food regulations and labeling standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to generate strategic insights.
  • Experience with market research tools, trend analysis methodologies, and data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in social intelligence and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker, NetBase).
  • Familiarity with trend detection tools (e.g., Google Trends, Mintel, WGSN, NielsenIQ) o Future Thinking Methodologies.
  • Ability to work in teams and manage interdisciplinary projects..Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
