CX Content Specialist, Innovation Leader (Digital Graphic Designer)

Studies in Advertising, marketing or communication with a focus on creativity.

Portfolio with your main digital projects.

+5 years of experience in similar positions.

Fully proficient in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.

Passion, experience and expertise in customer understanding, content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytic and meaningful measurement, and relentless drive for results are critical factors of success in the role.

Ability to understand what consumers like and how to reach them effectively

Project management skills to manage content schedules and deadlines.

Strong project, staff, agency management skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work successfully with cross- functional teams.

Mandatory outstanding Adobe CS skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere).

The Creative Director is responsible for designing online marketing communications material for the brands. It is responsible for capitalizing opportunities in the customer experience journey and for brands to reach consumers in the most effective and compelling way.


  • Ensure all communications have compelling and enticing content.
  • Ensure the brand voice is strongly represented in all content to cement and build on the brands’ reputation.
  • Optimize the content to reach the widest audience.
  • Oversee the day to day publishing operations.
  • Managing the production of a suite of images for a variety of online channels which is expected to generate great interactivity and engagement.
  • Work with creative ideas and contribute with its own, supporting the team,
  • Delivering high quality work within schedule, work closely with the team to deliver creative materials,
  • Add value and knowledge to the delivery and execution of digital campaigns and to develop strong concepts from creative brief through to finished artwork.
